Hi Jennifer
Based on our phone call today, I have revised the site plan for Dollar General Highway 211 to omit wetland restoration on
Mr. Lewis' property (attached). Total permanent wetland impacts are still 0.27 acre (I rounded to nearest hundredth as
requested). Baseline agrees to restore 0.17 acre of wetlands and create 0.04 acre of wetlands within their property.
Additionally, they will buy into the Stone Farm Mitigation Bank for 0.5 acre of non-riparian wetland restoration. I spoke with
Linda Suydam and she said that they would be able to make this payment within 30 days of obtaining the permit. They
also plan to perform the wetland restoration as soon as possible (this winter).
I have also attached aerial photographs of the site over the past several years. They start with the most recent and go
back in time. I believe you can see the pipes in the June 2008 photo (number 3).
Let me know if you need anything else prior to issuing the NWP.
