This letter is in response to your email dated January 3, 2011 requesting additional information concerning
the wetlands to be preserved.
A plat has been prepared and is attached which describes the proposed impacts to jurisdictional wetlands on
site. There are a total of 16.9 acres of wetlands on site. There are a total of 3.9 acres of wetlands proposed to
be disturbed. There are a total of 12.0 acres of wetlands proposed to be included in a preservation easement.
The remaining 1.0 acre is to remain undisturbed. There are no planned future impacts to these wetlands. We
are aware that any future proposed impacts related to this project would require another individual permit
and the impacts would be considered cumulative.
It is our hope that this response adequately addresses those concerns expressed and provides the additional
information requested. Please feel free to call with any questions. Thanks in advance for your assistance
