Dear Mr. Setzer:
On December 2, 2010, 1 conducted a stormwater inspection for TIP Project No. R-4430, NCSR 1783, Upward
Road construction project in Henderson County. Recent heavy rains resulted in the loss of sediment all along
the project. The rainfall data and inspection data appeared to be incompliance with the stormwater monitoring
requirements.
Continue to ensure that these records are maintained during the life of the project. Please refer to the attached
inspection report for additional comments and/or recommendations.
