$240 for the application review fee is also enclosed. Ian, as we discussed, I have
completed this form to assist my neighbor here on Lake Toxaway. If you have any
questions, it is best to call me. Also, can you make sure all the paperwork flows to me at
the address listed above, since the Hinkles will not be in-residence at their property for
the winter
The project site is a residence on Lake Toxaway, Transylvania County, North Carlona.
Lake Toxaway is a private lake and is classified as B: Trout. A trout buffer variance, if
required, will be submitted under a separate cover to the NCDENR - Division of Land
Resources.
