I wanted to update you on our application for improvements to the Bogue Banks Reverse Osmosis Plant, Emerald Isle.
As you know, we had submitted NW/401 applications along with a CAMA General Permit application. Following DCM's
determination the project required a CAMA Major Permit, I have submitted an express CAMA Major Permit application to
Steve Everhart in the Wilmington DENR office. If necessary, you would please consider the 401 Certification application
to be on hold until the CAMA Major permit application comes to you for review.
