This project is one that we had a pre-application meeting on, but had not yet accepted because Kevin Yates had not
confirmed with the Corps whether this would require a NW29 or an IP. We couldn't accept it if it were an IP.
Unfortunately the file is with the initial interest form is in my office and I am in New Bern, so I will not be able to send
out the acceptance letter until tomorrow. I thought I had written a draft, but I couldn't find it on the S drive. Sorry for
the confusion.
