Included in this package is the new PCN for SR-2316 in Chatham County. This project
was first approved for a 401 Water Quality Certification and a 404 Corps Permit in 2003.
It was also renewed by both agencies in 2006. On each occasions the project was
postponed due to budget issues.
After discussions with Mason Herndon, from the DWQ Fayetteville Regional office, and
with Ronnie Smith from the Corps of Engineers Office in Wilmington, It was determined
that a new application needed to be submitted.
Please contact me if you require additional information.
Sincerely,
Art C. King ?J
