Dear Mrs. Gilleski:
KapStone Kraft Paper Corporation is pleased to submit the attached
certification of completion for two stream crossings associated with the
construction of a natural gas pipeline near the Roanoke River referenced in
permit DWQ EXP# 10-0645 dated August 12, 2010. Seven photographs of
the upstream and downstream view of each crossing are attached. For
completeness, I have also included a copy of the Section 404 certification to
the Army Corps of Engineers. Construction on the area of the crossings was
completed December 22, 2010 with Heath Engineering and Foremost
Construction. Overall we did not have any issues with the project and are very
pleased with the outcome.
