On August 18, 2010 you conducted an onsite evaluation of the two stream features located on the
subject property to determine the applicability of the Neuse Buffer Rules (15 A 2B .0233). As a result, it
was determined that Feature A is subject to the Rules and Feature B is not.
Please find three copies of the property surveyed by Mr. Barry Scott. The survey plat depicts the
required buffer along the subject stream. Please sign and return two copies (one for my files, one for
Mr. Alexander indicating that the buffer is depicted as required by the Neuse Buffer Rules.
