As a result, it was determined that Feature A is subject to the Rules and Feature B is not. Please find three copies of the property surveyed by Mr. Barry Scott. The survey plat depicts the required buffer along the subject stream. Please sign and return two copies (one for my files, one for Mr. Alexander indicating that the buffer is depicted as required by the Neuse Buffer Rules.
