Revisions for this submittal (January 4, 2011): 1. All references to future development impervious areas were removed from the calculations, narratives and drawings. 2. The bio-retention basin was redesigned to provide a minimum of 2' clearance to the seasonal high water table. • The bio-retention basin was resized to exclude capacity for future impervious and to reduce the width of the basin. • The soil media depth was reduced from 3' to 2' to raise the invert of the under drain system to a minimum of 2' above the seasonal high water table. • The bio-retention basin was converted from a planted basin to a sodded basin to accommodate the reduced depth of soil media. 3. An impermeable geo-membrane liner was added to the forebay to prevent short circuiting. Please give me a call at (919) 848-3347 if you have any questions or comments. Sincerely, n David L.
