Inspection Summary:
Met with Mr. Strickland. The site is a full service marine repair facility. About 10 boats per year are constructed
onsite, smaller bay boats.
The operations of the repair and construction are conducted indoors. On walking the yard, there was an area with old
scrap engines, fluids removed. There was some barrels onsite, sealed.
Recommend the site for No Exposure.
