We are fine with it the way that it is issued, as long as the issuing agency is ok with it. Do we have to go through the re - submittal process or can we leave it the way that it is? The county listed is what was originally submitted by the applicant on the Notice of intent application, and we are unable to revise it. However, because the COC was issued within the last 60 days, you can re -apply for a new one, and we will just apply the payment from the original application and issue the new COC. Then you can make sure the County is correct. Once you have that, you will have to submit a Notice of Termination (https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination) for this one that has the wrong county. Do you have all the paperwork to resubmit that NOI application? If not, you can find everything here: Repository COC file for NCC205480 Let me know when you resubmit it, and I can push that through. When you submit the NOT, you will just note "Mistake" as the reason and indicate the new COC number. Please let me know if you have any questions.
