Hi Jerry, and thanks for the quick return of the revised plans. Just a heads up that we’ll only be requiring wetland
mitigation on this one, no stream mitigation. The reason for this is the fact that most (Site 1 - 68 lf) of the stream
impacts proposed are for rip rap stabilization only on stream banks, and the remainder is for a relatively small amount of
impacts for mechanized clearing/drainage (Site 2 - 42 lf) and an even smaller amount of possible indirect impacts within
the indirect impact area for the remainder of Wetland C (Sie 3 - 20 lf). I do not anticipate that the 20 lf section of stream
(Site 3) will reduce appreciably in function since it will still receive the same amount of inflow from up-drainage sections
of the stream and there shouldn’t be any clearing of riparian vegetation in this section.
