RE: Worthington Farms Pond Proposal
Dear Sir,
I regretfully write to inform you that Worthington Farms is no longer pursuant to
obtaining permits and clearances to construct a pond from pertinent regulatory agencies
due to the current economic climate.
Due to divagation, circularity, and regression resulting from efforts to collaborate within
regulatory stature, we are unable to find purpose in continuing this effort.
Because of absence of progression, we would appreciate a refund for the amount of
$570.00 paid to DWQ for the review of permit application and construction design.
Please accept our formal withdraw and please remit a check in the amount of $570.00
