Please give a brief project description below.

Soil at the top of rip- rap is eroding, resulting in erosion holes and
movement of soil into Lake Norman. Need to pull back rip -rap, install
silt cloth, fill hoes and replace rip -rap.
Also, need to take down dead tree within 30 feet of the normal lake
level.
