REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION
Dear Mr. Watts:
DWQ Project #04-1764 Ver. 4
Wake County
On November 17, 2010, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your Response to Notice of Violation NOV-
2010-WQ-0012 and application, both dated November 15, 2010, to fill or otherwise impact 0.479 acres of wetland, 349
linear feet of perennial stream (75 linear feet of temporary impact and 274 linear feet of permanent impact) and 20,495
square feet of Zone 1 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffers and 21,607 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse River basin
protected riparian buffers to construct the proposed regional shopping center at the site. The DWQ has determined that
your response and application were incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ
will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the
subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below, we will have to
place this project on hold as incomplete until we received this additional information. If we do not receive the requested
information, your project will be formally returned as incomplete. Please provide the following information so that we
may continue to review your project.
