Inspection Summary:
On January 6th, 2021 this facility was inspected to evaluate the site for compliance with No Exposure Certification (NEC)
requirements. At time of inspection, facility operations were contained to within an enclosed facility. Stormwater outfall was
observed with storage in a dry retention pond. The inspection revealed used pallets being stored outside, which precludes
the facility from attaining NEC at this time. Please correct this compliance issue as soon as possible within 30 days in order
to attain NEC, and contact the inspector upon completion of corrective actions.
