from this system to surface waters or the land may result in an eaforoement action that may include civil penalties, injunctive relief,
and/or criminal prosecution. I will also make no claim against the Division of Water Resources should a condition of the existing permit

BEGINNING at the intersection of the eastern right of way line of N.C. Highway 132 (allowing 200 feet in width)
with the southern right of way line of Kings Grant Road (allowing 80 feet in width at this location), said point being
marked by an lion Pipe (set) and is situated at the south end of a 20 foot radius curve as the same is shown on
the map of Section 3, Kings Grant Subdivision, as recorded in Map Book 10 at Page 9 of the New Hanover County
Registry, said "Point of Beginning" being that same point and place of beginning as described in that certain
instrument recorded in Book 1069 at Page 800 and 801 of the aforesaid registry. Runs thence from said
