On November 15, 2006 EPC received a letter from you dated October 31, 2006.
The letter requested one original Application for Department of the Army Permit and
four copies. Per an onsite discussion with Kevin Barnett on October 11, 2006, the
application was not resubmitted as no changes have been made from the original
application that was received by your office on June 13, 2006. I discussed this with Ian
McMillian on November 15, 2006 and we agreed that a letter would suffice Therefore,
please refer to the original application for the processing of the water quality certification.
Additionally, please change our address in your database to reflect our current
office location. We are no longer located in Hendersonville, NC and have had some
trouble receiving our mail forwarded from that location. Our correct address is PO Box
3744, Greenville, SC 29608. Thank you and please let me know if there is anything else
you may need.
