Please give me a call or drop me an email if you need additional information: Needs location map and driving directions. - As I mentioned in a previous email, I have mailed you a large copy of the Lake Toxaway Estates Map (copies also mailed to Mr. Crumbley & Mr. McHenry). All the street names and lot numbers are shown on this map. Included with the map is a Project List that identifies all the projects that I am currently working on along with the corresponding Lot Numbers. Each Lot Number can be found on the Map. Please consider the Map the "Vicinity Map" for all my Toxaway Projects. • Linear footage of seawall to be installed. -132 LF • What are "river slicks"? Will this be a "fill"? - River slicks are smooth stones. This will be the fill. • As this is all new work in trout buffer, trout buffer waiver? - I have discussed this with the Owner and the Contractor. They are aware of the requirements. Dr. Johns will decide if he wants to scale back the project to 10% disturbance. • No construction detail for new seawall. Interstitial spaces for habitat? Material? - See Attached drawings, prepared by others. • Are there eroded banks onsite to justify need for seawall? How tall is existing shoreline bank? - No eroded banks. Seawall needed to protect property and support structure. Wall Ht varies to 7ft +/- at upper end of boathouse. The NC Building Code will apply to the seawall work in addition to DWQ & CE requirements. • Character boulders. 0.02 acres? Plan view detailing this?
