As of December 31, 2020 Mr. Rodney George is no longer employed by the City of Havelock and
no longer backup Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) for the City of Havelock Wastewater
Treatment Facility. We are in the process of hiring someone as the backup no later than April 29,
2021. There is no change in the ORC position, Mr. James Carter. Please let us know if you have
any concerns.
