Letter of 9/22/06 said project (Ver 1) was returned
Info package + check that I got yesterday says it is a "request to reactivate" but
they did not have the USACE IP application included.
I'm going to set up as a version 2; unless you tell me otherwise, I'm going to put
it on hold & ask for the (33-CFR 326) IP application
