I am emailing you to let you know that I am picking the plans up from the engineers for DWQ 10-0694 South
Central Harnett Co WWTP Phase B and C tomorrow. I will be sending them out tomorrow afternoon. The date
for the 30 days will be DEC 4th. It may be Monday before you receive them. I am sorry for the delay. I have
been waiting on the engineers.
