Sure -no problem. Maybe we should have a quick conversation. I'm not sure what you mean regarding the extension to
the reasonable period of time ... We basically told LMG that we will not authorize the S-curve dredging, so I'm not sure
why they have sought a 401 cert for that activity.

This is helpful. So we received the second certification request in August and have asked for more information from the
applicant. Do we need to request an extension to the reasonable period of time from ACOE for that certification
request? I don't want this to be misconstrued as a constructive waiver for not acting according to the federal clock.

Attached is my last correspondence on this project. I haven't seen an additional application for this project, I believe
LMG requested to withdraw, or at least have the Corps decision on hold. We informed LMG that we could authorize the
project without the S-Curve dredging or deny the full project. I don't believe I ever received a response.
