On November 29, 2010, a follow-up inspection was conducted to determine if the site was in
compliance with your restoration plan submitted to this office. Based on the inspection no further work is
required. In addition, the office received the receipt of payment to the EEP for the approved buffer impact. All
requirements have been met, thus the requested hold will be rescinded and the case considered closed .
Be advised any trees that have been planted that fail to thrive this coming growing season will need to be
replaced. It is also recommended that a silt fence be installed to clearly define the buffer boundary and prevent
sediment from entering the buffer area and lake. If you have any questions feel free to give me a call at 704-663-
