Enclosed, please find five (5) copies of the 401/404 application (PCN form). A check
for the application review fee is also enclosed.
This project is to install a new seawall at a private residence on Lake Toxaway,
Transylvania County, North Carolina. The foundations for the seawall will be precast
concrete block or boulders. Lake Toxaway is a private lake and is classified as B; Trout.
A trout buffer variance, if required, will be submitted under separate cover to the
NCDENR - Division of Land Resources.
