Please find attached a copy of the UT to Pembroke Creek Wetland and Stream Restoration Site Conceptual Repair Plan. This plan was developed to address issues of standing water and plant mortality at the UT to Pembroke Creek site in Edenton (Pasquotank 03010205). The original restoration plan which contains the design and project background information, as well as the post- construction monitoring reports can be found on our website, here: ht DLe uu??,s ? , ., t CIS DATAIIJ 20P . `)rake Perr 2QPr)pert 1°Y.20 /Q32,V ?V BEST R TIO,,.`,'-,. ",PL,',N/UtPeri]br(?kcC,a?Pk 283 2006 RP1 )df The proposed plan does not impact site wetlands and therefore we are not submitting for 404 review and approval. However - your time permitting - we request your review and feedback. Please do not hesitate to contact me with concerns or questions you have regarding this plan. Our plan is to proceed with construction drawings the first of December. Thank you in advance for your time and attention.
