Please find attached a copy of the UT to Pembroke Creek Wetland and Stream Restoration Site Conceptual Repair Plan.
This plan was developed to address issues of standing water and plant mortality at the UT to Pembroke Creek site in
Edenton (Pasquotank 03010205).
The original restoration plan which contains the design and project background information, as well as the post-
construction monitoring reports can be found on our website, here:

The proposed plan does not impact site wetlands and therefore we are not submitting for 404 review and approval.
