The permit and plan are transferable with our permission (which they have). DR Horton will purchase finished lots at a later date and get a new permit and COC for them then. Or just a new FRO of the project? With a new FRO, I presume there will be a new E&SC plan issued for the site. If there is a sale, a deed transfer would be appropriate documentation. However, if the property owner is not changing, you can provide an explanation (in the Additional Explanation box — the "Other" reason box might not be big enough) and let us know the reason for termination. We can also record this email communication and any future info from James with the permit COC file. I wanted to reach out to you concerning West New Bern (CRAVE-2019-029 and NC192726). This property has been taken over by another developer and they will be sending you a new FRO in the next week or so. Upon that approval, should I expect some kind of transfer email from you, James? I will need to close our COC but I'm not sure what documentation will be accepted.
