to a site not covered in the facility's certified animal waste management plan.
Operation will be partially or fully depopulated.

receiving facility.
NARRATIVE:
Receiving 18.4" rainfall over the last 60 days has resulted in lagoon levels entering the
freeboard red zone of lagoon 1 and 2. We are working diligently to reduce lagoon levels back
below 19" as soils, crops and weather allow.
