with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.4(a) "At least 30 days prior to submitting a certification request, the project proponent shall
request a pre -filing meeting with the certifying agency" and in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.5(b)(7), and (c)(5)
all certification requests shall include documentation that a pre -filing meeting request was submitted to the certifying

The wall that is there is probably 30 plus years old and has fallen over and
rotted away. I have not had the money to do it until now. I will be
removing the wood wall completely. The bank will be cut to proper slope
2:1 or 3:1 if possible and fabric will be laid on bank and rip rap will cover
the bank.

$570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre

My sea wall has eroded and fallen into the lake. I want to remove it
and have rip rap added in place of the existing wall. The bank will be
cut to a slope so that the rock will stay on the bank.
