The site currently is hardscaped with a paver patio, paver walkway, and retaining
wall. It is used as an outdoor entertainment area.

4. Proposed Activity
Provide a detailed description of the proposed activity including its purpose and include the type of equipment to be used:*
We are going to demo and haul off the epsting walkway, patio, and retaining wall.
We are going to install a new path to the water that is located where the old path is.
The new path is going to be less total square feet then the old one. We are going to
move the patio back closer to the house and build a retaining wall at the base of the
patio to make it level.
Equipment to be used on site will be a mini excavator, a tracked skid steer, and a
plate compactor.
