We are going to install a new path to the water that is located where the old path is. The new path is going to be less total square feet then the old one. We are going to move the patio back closer to the house and build a retaining wall at the base of the patio to make it level. Equipment to be used on site will be a mini excavator, a tracked skid steer, and a plate compactor.
