review the Fast Track Applications for the public sanitary sewer system of The Crossings -
Infrastructure development in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The project consists of the -,nfrastructure for a
future apartment complex, which will be permitted at a future time. Construction of the sanitary
sewer lines will connect to two existing public sewer lines at the center and west side of the property,
wh ch feed to the Terrible Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant, The Crossings development s located
at 775 N. Judd Parkway NE in Fuquay-Varina The property involved is tocated within the City of
Fuquay-Varina, NC planning jurisdiction.
The sanitary sewer system consists of 1127 feet of 8" PVC gravity sere ce conne--tang to existing pubic
