The owners of the above referenced lot, Mr. And Mrs. John Harper are requesting a
General Major Variance.
This property should qualify for the "General" Major Variance due to the fact it was
platted and recorded prior to August, 2000 ( original lot was platted and recorded in Map
Book 11 Page 18 Pamlico County Registry "Bairds Shore, Section One" dated April 28,
1980.) Also, the Improvement Permit for Septic and Repair area issued by the Pamlico
Co. Health Department on 2/12/2004 leaves minimal room for construction of a single
family residence with driveway/garage.
This property is currently under contract with a closing date of March 15, 2005. Please
