The project proposes developing the property for a medical center.
Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination dated 2.6.20 is attached
(SAW-2020-00492).
The proposed impacts total 0.032 acre of wetland impacts and 8 If of
stream impacts (see the attached grading plan).
The on -site pond will be utilized for water quantity storage. New outlet
control structure will be installed in the northern portion of the pond.
The treated water will be directed to the pond via pipe. The pond (1
acre) will be temporarily drained for the installation of these
structures.
