Please give a brief project description below.

Work associated with the project will consist of removing the existing
88' length of stormwater pipe and replacing the existing inlet;
installing two sections of 24" reenforced concrete pipe (RCP), totaling
approximately 104', and one junction box; constructing a 106 LF
bulkhead, which will be straightened out, on the southern end,
removing rubble, wetland vegetation and the existing bulkhead and
backfilling with clean earthen soil. To facilitate the construction of the
bulkhead and relocation of the stormwater pipe, approximately 10
cubic yards (CY) of material will be excavated below normal high
water (NHW) and 90 CY of clean earthen soil will be discharged,
waterward of NHW. As a result, 460 SF of coastal wetlands and 154
SF of submerged bottom will be converted to upland. Approximately
30 CY of material will be excavated within the upland area of the lot.
After all this work has been completed repair work, on the pier,
gazebo and floating platform will take place. Heavy equipment, such
as an excavator, dump truck and front end loader, will be used to
complete the work. The machinery will be stored on -site, should the
need arise. Fill material will either be generated on site or obtained
from a local, approved sand pit. All unsuitable material will be
disposed of off -site at an approved landfill.
