Please give a brief project description below.
The project will involve in -stream and buffer enhancements to 1700-
LF reach of Clear Creek and a 475-LF reach of Cornet Branch on
Mr. Brill's property. The primary goals of the project are to stabilize
eroding banks and improving trout habitat. We would like to begin
work in late winter or early spring in order to install dormant plants as
soon as earthwork is complete. This could require a request for a
waiver on the trout moratorium.
