Proposed maintenance excavation of exsting stream channel of
White Oak Branch (C;Sw, Stream Index 18-74-18-1) where it crosses
SR 1707 Panther Creek Road in Duplin County. Crossing is located
approxmately 0.38 miles south of NC 11. Lat: 35.053042, Long:-
77.790635. Existing (2) 36" x 50' CAPS to be replaced with (1) 95" x
67" x 50' CAAP w/ HW. Attached Pre -Filing package contains vicinity
map, aerial map, and field sheet with elevations of stream channel
obtained in the field.
