Additional Avoidance/Minimization and Justification Information
Proposed Fast Food Restaurant- Cook Out
Cookout requires that each store a minimum of 10 available parking spaces. In addition cookout requires
a double drive through lane. Our proposed impacts are based on these requirements and establishing a
fill slope that is no greater than 2:1. These corporate requirements make it impossible for us to avoid
and minimize our impact any less than we have proposed.
