The plant had an exceedance for one daily fecal coliform on November 16. The likely cause was due to air bubbles entering the feed line from the sodium hypochlorite tank. The tank was not empty but I
gotten low enough to allow gasification to enter the line. A delivery of sodium hypochlorite was received on November 18. The Wilmington Regional office was notified about the exceedance. Further, On
December 9, 2020 the new LIV disinfection system and rehabed disk filter was placed into service.
