Chris,
I am currently review the above referenced project and the following is required in order to complete the review:
1. The application is missing an impact map.
2. The stream needs to be shown on the impact map.
3. Show the two zones of the riparian buffer on the impact map as measured from the top of the
streambank. Zone 1 is measured 30 feet from the top of the stream bank, and Zone 2 is measured from 30 feet
to 50 feet. These riparian buffers parallel the stream pattern.
4. Impact map must depict the footprint of the proposed permanent impacts within Zone 2.
5. Please include an example of the catch basin and HDPE pipe. Concentrated flow is not allowed in the riparian
buffer. Water must be dispersed in a sheet flow manner. Is this plan effectively piping/channelizing the water
and then dispersing it into the stream?
I have attached an example of an impact map. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
