This letter is in response to your 10-5-17 letter we received 1-10-18 to Rose Hill attached.

Per NOV-2017-PC-0650 we did not report Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus for
April, May, and June 2017.

We were not aware of these permit changes until our inspection on 8-16-17. The draft
permit renewal we were copied on 8-1-16 did not include these new parameters. If
known we would have added these test to our sampling events.
