On November 17, 2010, a site inspection was conducted to determine if you were in compliance with
your restoration plan submitted to this office. Based on the inspection additional work is still required. Please
refer to your restoration plan as well as comments issued by this office on July 9, 2010. The issue has been
discussed on numerous occasions, at the site as well as in the office.
Pursuant to 15A NCAC 2H .0507(h), please be advised that any current and future projects will be placed on
hold until the mitigation fee has been paid and all requirements of the restoration plan and comments issued in the
July 9th letter are achieved. Be advised we are requesting that Duke Power Lake Management also place a
hold on any permit requests. Failure to complete this work immediately will result in the issuance of a Notice
of Violation/Recommendation For Enforcement. If you have any questions feel free to give me a call at 704-
