We are writing to advise you that the project name listed above is being changed to
Blue Creek Estates at Blue Creek Farms. We are told that due to a Realtor / MLS Database
issue, our client's properties are not able to viewed for marketing purposes unless the words
"Blue Creek Farms" are attached. Blue Creek Estates and Blue Creek Farms are separate
projects that are adjacent to each other, but share the same entrance (Navy Blue Dr.) off of
Blue Creek Rd. (SR 1213). If the project name change is going to be a problem, requires a
permit or approval revision which requires further action by us, or if you have any questions,
