WATCOMPACO DEQ Asheville Regional Office Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program 2090 U.S. Highway 70 Swannanoa, NC 28778-8211 RE: Discharge Monitoring Report To Asheville Regional Office; Main Office: Blue Ridge Southern Railroad 2 Depot Street Canton, North Carolina 28716 December 14, 2020 The Blue Ridge Southern Railroad (BLU) Canton Yard is covered under NPDES permit NCG080958. As part of permit coverage, the BLU is required to submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) on a semi-annual basis. The first and second 2020 semi-annual DMRs were submitted by mail to the Central Files office in Raleigh as directed in the prior DMR instructions. On December 8'h, 2020 I spoke with Paul Clark on from the Stormwater Program, who instructed us to use eDMR to upload the electronic files and also send originals to Asheville Regional Office. Due to the change in submission address, we believe that the 2020 DMRs were not received at the proper DEQ office. Therefore, we are resubmitting the DMRs for the 2020 semi-annual monitoring periods. Please note that these reports were originally submitted on -time. Please contact me at iennifer.welchl7g,watco.com or at (832) 349-5862 should you have any questions.
