This project is a proposed residential development located off of
Docs Road in Lillington, NC. The site is approximately 132.6 acres
and is divided into two phases. Phase I is located on the eastern side
of the property and Phase II is located on the northern side. There
are proposed wetland and stream impacts associated with this
project.
