Project Location: 184 Olde Point Rd., adj. to a canal contiguous w/Old Topsail Creek,
Hampstead, NC, Pender Co.
Proposed Project: Applicant proposes to construct a new vinyl bulkhead waterward of
the existing bulkhead, reconfigure the floating dock, and install a
new boatlift to the existing private docking facility
