Please give a brief project description below.

The Waters Street culvert and retaining wall replacement is intended
to replace structures damaged by Hurricane Florence in 2018. This is
the second pre -filing request for this project- the first was included in
a group of three on October 5. The permit application package for
this project was submitted upon receipt of the 30 day expiration from
the original filing for all three projects (November 5).
