Please give a brief project description below.

This project consists of a 107' x 6' pile supported pier, with 12' x 9'
fixed platform, which will serve the residents of the Creekside
community. Less than 1 acre of land disturbance is needed. The
subdivision has obtained state and local stormwater permits. The
USACE has issued a JD for the site. No impacts, to either Section 404
or 401 wetlands, were needed to facilitate the construction of roads
and infrastructure, which have been installed, or houses. DWR
written concurrence is not required, for this project.
