Good afternoon,
After the Carolina Bison as -built meeting, the IRT had some discussion about the Carolina Bison vegetation and the IRT
agreed that action removing some of the substitute vegetation like black walnut and crab apple was needed. The next
step would be for RES to propose solutions for both IRT concerns regarding the vegetation substitutions and the multiple
riprap bmp's added within the CE. The proposal should also provide an update on the project fencing status and include
a map of the areas in question.
Thank you Erin for your comment. Does anyone else from the IRT have additional comments about the project or the
minutes summary prior to RES submittal?

Thanks for sending these minutes. I would just rephrase the "nothing to do now' statement under the planting plant
section. My recollection was that the IRT was going to discuss and get back to you with next step requirements.
Also, please upload the as -built report and drawings to the DWR Laserfiche (DWR# 20180063 V.1).
