Good afternoon,
The 15-Day Record Drawing review for the Mill Dam Creek Restoration Site (SAW-2016-01335) ended September 2,
2020. Per Section 332.8(o)(9) of the 2008 Mitigation Rule, this review followed the streamlined review process. All
comments received from the NCIRT are incorporated in this email. Please address IRT concerns in the MY1 Report. There
were no objections to issuing the initial credit release. Please find attached the current signed ledger.
DWR Comment, Erin Davis:
* DWR appreciated the questions asked by DMS concerning the water surface profile and wetland gauge placement.
Regarding the groundwater gauge location outside of wetland WA, DWR recommends re -delineating wetlands between
MY5 and MY7 to confirm KCI's expectation that wetlands will expand onsite.
